I Wasn’t rushed into a decision about buying a new car. I had had my car for 20 years and cried with parting with my old Camry and Ryan and Cory understood and waited till I stopped crying. They listened to what I wanted in a car and car price and both of them worked hard and I got exactly what I asked for. Thankyou Ryan and Cory and Izzy…. I left my old Camry(Momma Joanne in good hands and now I’m driving Baby Joanne. I can’t Thankyou enough. Thankyou so so much. I highly recommend working with Ryan, Cory, and Izzy. We highly recommend Lake Charles Toyota for anyones next car purchase! We went in a couple times looking for the perfect truck for my husband. We spoke with Mr. Carl each time. We came back in on Jan 1 to test drive and look at a Tacoma. Mr. Carl wasn’t there. One of the other salesmen called him and told him we were there, next thing we know they tell us he is coming in! This man came in on his day off to help us! Talk about above and beyond! We bought the Tacoma and the process was so fast and easy! By far the best experience buying a vehicle! Not to mention that this is a family friendly dealership. Our kids even felt welcome here. The customer service is absolutely incredible and Mr. Carl is fantastic! We won’t be going anywhere else! They’ve got our business from here on out!

Charles Woolworth "Wool", salesman abd I.T representative, Mentalle assisted me at L.C. Toyota. I'm not a quick buyer. During my research and decision process, Wool stayed in touch and listened to my travel needs and financial goals. He is knowledgeable, great communicator, respects the customer, and is a straight-shooter - this is number one and my reason for choosing the brand and dealership. Mentelle, is a full-time I.T. technology guide at L.C. Toyota. She spent an hour orienting me with technology. This is a service unique to L.C. Toyota. She is a great guide, communicator, professional and a delight. I returned to ask additional questions 6 weeks after purchase, again top-notch. Wool has checked in to see if all with car is going well. The atmosphere is superb at the dealership from service, sales, gift shop, mini-diner, proactive employees are hospitable and watchful of guests' needs. The service greeters and managers are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and some, bilingual. I live across the state and chose this dealership. The owners are humble folks, taking great ownership in the needs of community at large.
