Lake Charles Toyota is the best. Their service department is awesome and can’t go wrong with free oil changes. Bradey was so easy to work with helping us find the SUV we wanted and AW made the financial portion smooth and quick. Both gentlemen were honest and helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We have purchased many vehicles from LC Toyota and will never use another dealership. Can’t forget the yummy snacks and drinks they provide for free!!

Online sales team was helpful and responsive. I was able to select vehicle, start financing process and set appointment for test drive. When I arrived, worked with a floor salesperson and finance. From first contact to final signature I was able select and purchae a new car in less than 90 minutes.

Brian, Jonathan, and Caven were extremely knowledgeable and professional. So easy to work with. All of our questions were answered about the truck and its functions. Mentell explained the infotainment system and set up our phones. She did a fantastic job because as you know, reading the owners manual can be like reading a novel with a pop quiz afterward. We have been service customers for thirty years, and will continue to be. Wonderful people to deal with, and we have developed many great friendships along the way. Great sales experience. Brady was never pushy and had great patience with the time that it took me to decide.

So easy for my brand new vehicle. Texted the salesperson exactly what I wanted- he found it in minute and gave me an estimation on when it would be at “port” Next time I communicated with him it had already been at the port and two days later I was in my new vehicle!

We love this dealership! Parts & Service Departments are knowledgeable and friendly. So happy to have our 2012 Tacoma serviced at this location. We weren't quite ready to purchase a replacement vehicle but salesman "Wool" was the best! Great customer service and no pressure sales. We ended up walking out with a 2024 Camrey XSE. We are military and will be sad to leave this dealership when we move on to our next duty station. Thank you all for taking such good care of us.
